what is the best and simple prog to change dvdr ps2 to a cdr games

there is not one program as such.

use isobuster to extract the data to your hard disk

then, use the relevant rip-kit from www.alucard.cc to rip out data and downsize the image to <650MB

then burn back to CD-R using your favourite CD-R burning software (CDRWin / Nero)
