DVDPlayer Toshiba SD2109 and CDR

Can anyone tell me if my Toshiba DVD 2109 can play CDRs ?
I have read some month ago that it could read 1 or 2 kind of CDR, but not all.
Which one ?

You will have some luck with Princo's & Colourful.
By some luck i mean some Vcd's will still pixelate and some wont
