DVDFAB Problem

i have a 10 gig mpeg2 movie that i converted to vob files useing Dvd movie factory 2, it's size is now 8 gig and DVDFAB will not split it it only gives me 1 split [the full size] and the other empty, i uninstalled it and tryed new version same thing it worked well on a 6 gig file, anybody had this problem before or is it a 9 gig limit for dvd files ???
