Anybody know which interlace setting is the best to get the blur on heavy action scenes out of my svcd (encoder is CCE 2.5). Thanks in advance.

I strongly suggest you upgrade to a newer version of DVd2SVCD, 1.1.3 b2 is the latest from www.dvd2svcd.org.
Telecine(PAL) will give you the best deinterlacing option.
