DVD2ONE movie won't fit?

Trying to make Blade 2 fit onto 1 DVD using DVD2One, but when I try to burn with Nero, the VIDEO_TS folder is just a little too big. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks Woody, I think the problem may have been with Nero reporting wrong filesize.

You will be much better off by burning with Prassi or Stomp, there are still issues with using Nero & DVD2one which should be resolved with the next update of Nero by all acounts.

Thanks Laz, I have dropped Nero and am writing with Prassi no problem. Still haven't resolved my drive being region locked though, see my thread in the hardware/firmware section if you can help.
