DVD X Copy Xpress Crash

Whenever I try to copy a dvd with DVD X Copy Xpress it will read just fine, when reading concludes it just crashes, or at least I think it crahses because it just dissapears. Anyone have any ideas a fix for this problem?

what system are you using ? plus it sounds like your program isn't fully installed correctly, try uninstalling and re-insatall....i use the dvd xcopy and dvdxcopy express and never have any problems....

I'm using winxp and re-installing worked, thanx for the help. Now on to other dvd backup problems...

Just the basic problems of being new to dvd burning, getting used to hardware and software conflicts. And thanx again for the help.
