The DVD to VCD Tutorial using DVD2SVCD has been updated to reflect the new versions of software available and their new features.

There is now an updated version of DVD2SVCD released by the author ( http://www.dvd2svcd.org/ ) and finally makes fully compliant VCD. It is also able to make Image files using VCDXBuild. So funtionally your VCD's can now look just as professionally produced as your SVCD's. Image qulity is less than SVCD of course but presentation the same.

Thanks for the info , this weekend I think I will attempt the first ever conversion using this set of tools. So far anything even remotely statistical has brought back unhappy reminders of failed stats exams , but I think its time I progressed from the simple to the more complex ,lol.

Thanks for all the help with conversions, the only DVD I could not rip was Spiderman and I think the only way for this to be done on my side is to get a better reader ( some people readers work mine is a cheapee Aopen ) so I just traded for a copy.
