DVD to SVCD Conversion's Problem

I followed the instructions in "How to backup your DVD's to SVCD"

Step 3: SVCD Conversion
11. Click the Conversion tab again and ........

when I clicked on the GO button, there were 4 options:
Rip and convert
Rip only
Preview video
Movie info

there should be a CONVERTION (only) option but i could not find it.
I already ripped the DVD to my HD with SmartRipper I dont think i have to rip it again and then convert (using the Rip and Convert option).
Can anyone help ???

Go to the tab folder "dvd rip" and uncheck. Then go to the tab folder conversion>Go>convert. Be sure to check multipass vbr (4) before converting

yqw m8 Multipass vbr (3) speeds up the encoding, you you might wan't to experiment with both options down the road
