dvd shrink not working

Hi Eveyone! I used dvd shrink all the time and now it freezes or gives error messages: "handle not correct". I can not find any web sites to download it again off of. Any ideas to help me? Thanks,

I downloaded from there but Im still having the same problem. Im not sure what has happened. Any ideas?
