DVD-RAM Drive won't read any CDs or DVDs! Please help!
I have a Packard Bell laptop with built in DVD-RAM drive, but when i insert a CD into the drive it doesn't work. The CD symbol flashes next to the cursor a few times, but then nothing happens, I can't hear the sound of the disc spinning or anything. When I go to My Computer it shows that no disc has been inserted, I checked the Device Manager which said that it was working properly, but it's still not reading any discs! I've tried audio CDs, DVDs, CD-Rs and CD-RWs and none of them have worked. It was working fine the day before yesterday, nothing has changed but it just wouldn't work when I tried putting in a CD yesterday.
Any help would be much appreciated, I'm not very good with computers though so please simplify your answers for me if you can offer any help![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
