errrrrrr what tutotorial did you follow? Is it an mpg or divx? I've done that Grinch DVD & had no problems.

Sounds like you have not loaded the correct Template in. Is it NTSC or PAL? When the VOB files loaded into DVD2AVI, hit the F5 key and in the popup window it will tell you. If its >95% FILM although its 29.976fps (NTSC) then you will need to enable FORCE FILM in the Video Tab, then save Project.
Then TMPGEnc, select the NTSC FILM template and all will be well.

Sorry about this but just checked it with Xing Player and it works great but jumps in Windows Media Player, I followed Chicken Man Tutorial and used all the stuff that was posted in it, I Ripped it twice, it's NTSC format, have not burned it yet, but will try again if it's not right. Would it be something to do with Windows Player ???
Yes, Win Media Player does have problems, I find it never works 100% of the time correctly.
Xing Media Player has crappy quality playback, but I use it to check my files as its quick, small and ALWAYS works for me. If a problem in Xing Player then there will be a problem on the VCD. If no problem, then playback will be fine.
