DVD-Region Suppressor -- Which is the best?

Hey, I've been using DVD Region Killer, but the most recent version of PowerDVD seems to defeat it. Could any of you knowledgable folks make a recommendation?

- And while you're at it. What is your typical favorite DVD player software? I haven't got a burner yet, so that's not an object of my curiosity.
