Makes no difference if its DVD or DVD-R or DVD+R (or even the RW variety), just follow the tute as Rastabt posted.

I don't have a DVD Burner, only a normal CD Burner. Can i still do this???

You don't need a DVD burner to write (S)VCD's. Like ChickenMan said, DVD, DVD-R, DVD+R, hell even DVD-RAM, it doesn't matter, assuming of course that you can read the source disc.

You must have a DVD-ROM to be able to read the DVD in the first place, but VCD's and SVCD's are burnt to normal CDR's with a CDR Burner.

& If U dont have a DVDROm consider getting a DVD burner will read as well as burn!
