dvd-r + decrypter

[burn what?]

does anyone know if dvd decrypter is only capable of burning .iso files onto +r media? my burner is dual format, and i can't burn onto memorex dvd-r's, but can burn no problem onto +r and +rw's. trying to figure out what the problem is here...
