DVD plays with audio but no picture

My genuine DVDs Play on WM9 and Power Dvd with sound but no picture please help

Have you installed any other video programs or codecs lately? Just try to re-install power dvd and I wouldn't use wm9 on dvd's anyway.

What's about other video files (e.g. AVIs at your HDD), do they play fine in PowerDVD (file mode)?
one thing to try is updating PowerDVD: http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/download/patches.jsp?ProdName=PowerDVD&ProdId=28

Try to enable "Video Hardware acceleration" from the settings of PowerDVD or WinDVD.
