DVD play problems

Have just backed up a movie using DVD Shrink (re author) & when tried in main DVD player I get the message This type of disc cannot be played Please insert another disc.Tried in another DVD & plays ok,also plays on computer.Have burned other movies before using same discs with no problem.The only difference this time is that I used re author in DVD Shrink.Any ideas please

did you rip the movie with dvd decrypter first to remove the regional protection !?

is it a PAL dvd on an NTSC Player or an NTSC dvd on a PAL only player is your player switchable between the two !?

No did not rip first went straight to Shrink.If i should have ripped it first why would it play on another DVD & computer ? Disc is PAL on PAL DVD not switchable.As this is the first time I have had a problem copying could you explain how I use shrink after DVD decrypter

Have now got a copy that works.Used DVD Shrink (Full Disc) then burnt with DVD Decrypter.I must have made a mistake with the re-author part of Shrink or had problem burning with nero (although all other backups have been burnt with nero)
