Do you guys change any of the settings or leave them normal? I read a tutorial somewhere and this guy changes the settings..

Defaults are normally OK though sometimes you may need to change it to suit the DVD

DVD Decrypter CANNOT compress a 7gig DVD to fit to a DVDR. It main funtion is to transfer the files off a DVD to your HD removing the encryption. You then use another program to compress it to fit to a dvdr. See the Tutorial section, there are many ways of doing this using, for example, DVD2One, DVD Shrink, CCE, etc.
