Does DVD Decrypter offer an option to make a file smaller so it can fit on a 4.7 gig dvd? If so, (i am pretty sure it can) how can i do this?

DVD Decrypter Has no option to make a file smaller but, you can use dvd shrink(freeware) to do that.
