Dvd decrypter help

Hi all

I have a Lite-On LDW-851S DVDRW burner.
I am currently using windows XP SP 2
The problem I am having is when I try and burn a .img file via ded-decrypter I look at the Read Buffer and Device Buffer and they are jumping from 100% to 20 10, 5, and so on. This hasnt happened before

Anyone know of any solution that might fix fix.
My IDE channels are in DMA ULTRA 5 and 2.
But the problem still persists.

Here are my PC specs
Intel p4 3.0ghz HT
1gb Dual Channel DDR ram
LDW-851S DVDRW burner

I am currently using windows XP SP 2

This could very well be the problem in one phrase

SP2 at the moment causes more headaches than its worth

if everything worked great before SP2 then no doubt its SP2 thats causing all the hassles

try uninstalling SP2 and see if that resolves the issue
