DVD burner rips and burns at high speed , i have no choice

hi guys....no matter what speed i set read or write at....the burning programs read and write at very fast speeds......i need to rip and burn a X1 or X2.......i set it at that and it rips or burns at X5 or X8

I dunno what program you use,but if you use the demo version of Padus DiscJuggler,your drive will be limited to it's lowest speed.

im using full versions of...DJ , Alcohol , Nero , Record Now etc
