dvd burn help

hello all my name is jay and im having trouble when i try to back up my dvd i keep getting i/o error im using dvd decrypter i have followed the tutorials and i run windows 2k pro sony dur-510a rip is good but when i try to burn the error i keep getting is
i/o error

hello there Jay... First of all please inform us as to whether or not you are trying to burn an image file with Decrypter bec that's all it can burn. Second of all, make sure the file size matches that of the limit of a dvdr disc.

If everything else fails... look around for the DVDShrink guides in here and give it a try... butn using different software, Nero perohaps.
