For mp3-there is a lots of player which supports it,but for ogg-i dont think that you will find it that easy......even if ogg is great format,it really exploded last few months, and all those indenpendant tuning got incorporated in new released1.1,there is hardly any standalones around, there is more portable though..So either burn to dvd with freeware like bao(mp3s)and convert ogg to something which your player supports(mp3,wma,waw),or what i would do is just connect your pc to amp(preamp)from sound output and thats a best solution..You dont need to reencode, you can play it from hd....
You can encode your ogg 2 mp3s with foobar for example..
Its a great audio tool(ripper, encoder, tagger, burner++much more
Kep in mind that youll lose some quality couse both formats are lossy..
Only in case you decode 2 wav youll keep the quality as it is,but your files will be huge..
Edit;I heard that standalones have some issue with mp3 and wma on some players,so the app which poacher provided the link should be trhe really realiable way to have some audio on dvd couse it will reencode to ac3 which is the dvd format and all players should be most compatible with it..
Its just i dont think its worth any money to be honest
