DVD 2 SVCD using Instant Copy 8, doesn't copy subtitles???

Hi there, I have 3 questions regarding copying DVD 2 SVCD, using InstantCopy 8.

1. why the SVCD is burned without the subtitles?, is there a place that I can set or choose subtitle of my choice?
2. the quality of the SVCD is Great, but the vertical screen is shorter then the Original DVD, is there a way to fix it to full screen view?
3. is there a way to know before burning the CDs, how many CDs it will take, like it show you in InterView DVDCopy?

found the answer myself
In the InstantCopy -> Advance -> DVD -> Copy Method
choose customized resize, then before burning it will ask you which title you want to choose (and its also a good preview)
