I got many "lines" on the screen when i convert the DV (from my sony miniDV) to the SVCD (mpeg2) using Tempenc or any other soft WHY ????
when i convert it to VCD (mpeg1) no problem but i need the higher quality that gives the SVCD not to have big pixels on th TV screen !!!
