duel layer (jump skip pause) help

hi at the moment i use dvdshrink but i get a flicker like jump at the point of where the duel layer cross over is anyway i was wondering if there any software out to stop this if so what is it thanks

Do you use dvd decrypter first then use dvdshrink ? or use dvdshrink for whole process .. other wise use dvd decrypter.. create ISO ..then load with dameon tools ... then use dvdshrink

(i just use dvd shrink) if i do this dvd decrypter first then use dvdshrink
or
if i use dvd decrypter.. create ISO then load dameon tools then dvdshrink
will either way fix the problem i/e stop the jump thing
