Downloading DVDDecryptor

Anyone notice on the main DVDDecryptor site that you must acknowledge that you do not reside in the U.S. before downloading DVDDecryptor? Apparently some pressure is being applied to Lightning UK! based on U.S. laws or the UK is backing the US Laws.

My bad. It wasn't on Lightning UK! 's site. I tried to download DVDDecrypter from www.afterdawn.com and got that message. I'm sure the message pops up for any software downloads that decrypt dvd files from dvd's.
