DOS Boxes

I am using Windows ME, when windows loads 2 DOS boxes open up on my Desktop.

They seem to looking for my CDROM 'D' and my CDWriter 'E', it's very annoying, can anyone help me with this before I become suicidal.

Last known version of Startman, though the other one looks like a worthy replacement.
