Does mymp3 3 support cd-text?

my mp3 pro is a good program, and i tested it and it does support cd-text, but i got a problem. The checkbox for mp3pro format is greyed out. does anyone know why?

You need to reduce the bitrate. MP3 Pro max bitrate is 128.

Although MP3 Pro reduces file size by around 40% it also reduces the quality. Hardly noticable on most MP3s but on some the sound quality is very bad.
