I need help,i wan't to make a Divx Avi of my movie to use in DVD2SVCD,trouble is i have found free copys of Divx but none of these have the capture in them to capture in Divx format,am i missing something? I have chicken mans tutorial on Divx to Svcd,but first i have to make the Divx avi this is where i'm lost,can anyone instruct me into how to make it a Divx avi of my film and what software to use.

DivX is not a capturing program, its a video codec used to compress a movie a certain way. Use VirtualDUB to Capture using the DivX codec.
