Divx to DVD with custom made menus?

Hi I am wanting to know the best way to convert divx to dvd, and the best way to add custom menus to the start of the movie before I burn.

I have photoshop cs if that helps (for menus) or should I use a program like premiere or after effect both of which I have but never used.

Have a read in the Tutorial section for DivX to DVDR Tutorial, it explains it all. Dont let DVD2SVCD author it for you, just select Dont Make Inages and author the files in DVDLab or TMPGEnc DVD Author (both have free trial demos available) adding your masterpiece Menu(s).
