Divx to DVD : CCE 2.5 Error

I am getting an error when I am using DVD2SVCD. I am following the Divx to DVD guide on this board which is written by ChickenMan (love the name ). I am running into the error when DVD2SVCD gets to where it encodes with CCE. The error is

Can't initialize project : unknown handle

Does anyone have any idea why I am getting this? I would assume that it has something to do with the file that is being passed off to CCE. Is there a configuration change within CCE that has to be done. This is what I am guessing anyways.

Yet another error I have never seen or heard of I can only assume there is a problem with your DivX/Xvid avi. Have you checked it with DivFix and DivxRepair ? Can you post here what GSPOT says about the Video & Audio.
