Can anyone assist with a problem which I am experiencing with Disk Juggler Version 4.01.986 Full; edition with support for an unlimited number of CD Writers.
System is Athlone 600mhz. Operating system Windows 98 SE. 256 Ram.
Two IDE Writers in Slave position upon Primary & Secondary BUS.
One is a Liteon 40 speed.
Two is a Liteon 52 speed.
Auto load has been disabled upon both disk drives.
When the program is loaded both drives are recognized by the software when blank disks are inserted in each drive.
If you then ask the program to test write an image, it will complete a full test write without problem, it then enters into the ‘Finalize Disk Mode’, then both drives lock, & fail to eject the finalized disk. Whilst it is possible to exit the software, & return to Windows Desktop, both drives remain locked, & can only be unlocked by commencing a hard reboot.
I mistakenly burnt two copies of an image before experiencing the problem as detailed above. I then checked both burnt disks for errors, thinking that they would both be faulty, but found that they were both burnt correctly & showed no flaws in the recording.
Incidentally, I also use both burners using Feurio software, but never have a problem with multiple burning runs?
Many thanks.
