disc image with imgtool for DLT

I want to make a disc image intended for a DLT which will go to a manufacturing plant.
It will be a dual layer disc because of the amount of data.
Because I can't actually test my work, unlike a single layer disc which I can make a dvd-r and test, I am in the dark...

If I make a disc image with imgtools, will this be proper for a DVD plant?
What files should go on the DLT?
What pitfalls are there?

I can't afford to screw this up, so any help is appreciated.

I would suggest that you speak with the plant. They should be able to tell you exactly what their requirements are.

Indeed... listen to celtic_druid. Each DVD plant has a slight variation of package requirements. A good friend just wasted $3000.00 last week when he missed one little requirement. They all had to be done again, because of one little mistake.

I would speak with your rep and get the plant's requirements and his/her suggestions before finalizing your media.
