I hope this is the right forum for this question. I downloaded Direct cd from here and it has an extension of 'sit' (.sit). What do i do with this now? I have a computer that was someone else's and i cant get the CD-RW to accept photo's, it burns music fine but not files or photo's. Have i downloaded the right file? and how do I make it work?

Where did U download that from?

As far as i know DirectCD only comes with Easy CD

If it was a warez copy then we can't help U as this forun is NonWarez

I downloaded from this site. I have figured out the extension is a stuffit extension and am now looking to unzip it.

The sit extension is a native MAC system file.You couldn't have downloaded it here.We are warez free.Contact the site you got it from if you have problems.

you are right it is for mac's but it is on the site, located at Category: Main/CDR Macintosh/Roxio

Just burn the sit file as a data cd.It should then work on a Mac only.
