Digital recording from Digital satellite receiver

I wonder if there are any better solutions for digital recording from a Nokia 9800 (it has only digital audio out and classical analog video+audio out).
For the present I use a SONY DCR830 as converter from A/V analog (from Nokia) to avi digital (via Firewire) to PC.
I mean hardware solutions.

hmm ..what about a DVB CARD ? like Hauppauge WINTV DVB ...

Thank you, but I know about it.The problem is that Hauppauge, as a digital receiver is quite primitive compared to 9800, not mentioning of video and audio quality.
A more advanced card is Skymedia 300 from Telemann, but again, not capable of motor driving or other things which Nokia can do.
