Whats the difference between SONY DRU-510A DVD±RW & Sony DW10A OEM?? is there any difference with the speeds?

Speed is still the same as the retail version.The OEM comes without the bundle software Sony put with their Retail...also the OEM comes in an all black drive also...:)
