Hello Folks,
I getting ready to up date my computer and am contemplating about purchasing an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV video card and attempting to descramble the Cable TV channels.
It has been rumored that there is some type of software-descrambling program that will descramble the cable TV channels.
Perchance does anyone know where I might be able to acquire this software-descrambling program?
