this is my "tutorial" to encode with subs in canopus:
you need:
mplapx.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system 60 KB
cpuinf32.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system32 20 KB
mplvpx.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system32 1.096 KB
subrip(102 or new),vobsub220(216 or new) and canopus.
01 -
install subrip.
open the prog,select ifo....etc..
save as (many formats..i use microdvd format)
other formats works too.
is better save the subs with the same name of your move.
02 -
install vobsub(atention please)
when you run setup, click in the "plugins",
and tick "vobsub for virtualdub".(very important)!
reboot your system!!!!!!
after install and reboot, call "directvobsub configure":
a -
in main tab, open your .sub and choose:
font , size, color and mark "only shows forced subtitles".
b -
in general tab,in loading, choose "always load".
c -
in misc tab, tick "apply changes immediately"
d -
in paths tab, browse to your subs directory, and click "add".
e -
"apply" all changes then "ok".
03 -
install canopus,reboot!
open the movie(avi,divx...etc)in canopus,
select svcd....etc.
then dvobsub open automatically (write this way!)(i learn)
your subtitle.(see the green arrow next of clock)
right click in the green arrow and configure dvobsub again if needed.(see a preview)
in the encode tab you will see
your movie be encoded WITH subtitles.(click preview)
that's all
CM,i do a (svcd with sub) sample with 1,63mb.
can i post it here?
thanks in advance!
