I have a movie in SVCD format (3parts) I'm trying to use DVDlab to convert it to DVD format. I've Demux'ed part's 1 and 3 and coverted the audio to 48khz but when I try to demux part 2, 10% of the way in I get an error:"The Vob file has an encrypted video stream. This file can't be demuxed."
How can I decrypt this?

Are you using DVDLab to Demux or are you doing it manually. If so what program you using. If no, then just use TMPGEnc to demux the MPGs first (File/MPEG Tools/Simple Demux) then load them into DVDLab. Check out the SVCD to DVDR Tutorial as there is a bit more info in there.

I was trying to use DVDLab to Demux yes but I also tried TMPGEnc to demux but "Unable to open or unsupported" for all 3 parts

Sounds like the SVCD's were not made correctly in the first place. You did extract them off the CDR's and not just copy the MPG files off ?

The best MPEG2 handler I have found is MPEG-VCR (www.womble.com), use it to demux or M2-Edit can do a fine job also.
