Delete ??????

Do you have to delete all the data on a CDRW or can you pick what you want to delete?

You can delete selectively only on UDF or Mnt Rainier formatted CDRW (by using a packet writing application). For ones burned in normal ISO/Joliet mode you must erase everything.
Personally I would not recommend using a packet writer at all on CDRW- although it's quite safe for CDR.
