i have a question i hope you can help me with. after downloading a movie off of kazaa for instance i have to decompress the video right? because all avi files are compressed and you have to decompress them before converting and burning them right ?if so what software would i use to do this? then i can use tmpgenc to convert it to mpeg and then use vcdeasy to burn the file right? i believe chickenman helped me on this about a year ago on this and now i can't find the software i was told to use. nor can i remember what software it was, i do remember it was really simple to use and to decompress the avi files. any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
