I´m not sure about this but I´ve read that this mobo has problems if you fill all the ram slots, I´ll check for the article and let you know.

Meanwhile you could try removing the momory already installed and testing with the 2 new sticks to see if they are compatible with the mobo.

Just checked and your model isn´t mentioned , so this must be some other problem, perhaps the specs of the new sticks and the old one is not the same, check that the specs of all the modules you´re trying to use are exactly the same spec, also if they are of different brand could be the cause too.

Make a boot disk from this freeware:
http://memtest86.com/

I used Memtest86 3.0 iso image and made a boot CD. You can go with floppy if you like.

Shut down the PC, install all your RAM, boot the machine up to the CD. Test your RAM.

This program will let you know if there is a problem.

It will run 7 tests by default. Then it runs them over again, so keep an eye on your progress.

My RAM failed on test 5 with both sticks in, but would passs with either individual stick in. 512 MB PC2700 DDR.
