Daemon and Alcohol failed me! :(

Is there a way to mount NERO CD IMAGES? I get an enormous amount of data in this NERO format (it has a .nrg file extension).

I have tried both the latest versions of Daemon Tools and Alcohol. They do mount the usual ISO and even the popular CDRWin CD Images BUT both applications will not mounted NERO "filename.nrg" files.

I find myself wasting a bunch of CD Blanks to see what is on those NERO CD images. I could write them on a CD-RW....but with the slow writing speed it just drives me crazy. Maybe I should get one of those new LiteOn LTR-52246S CD-Recorders that writes CDR-RW at 24X.....pity you can't buy 24X media yet! That seems to be the price you pay for being at the BLEEDING EDGE!!! :p

I even tried to find some application that will convert the unsupported NERO .NRG files to a supported format which I can mount....but to no avail.

Can anybody help?

OMG! I feel like such a n0000b!!!

The last time I looked at the extra NERO detritus, I remember seeing some lame WAV editor that was not a patch against CoolEditPro and a unwanted CD Labelling utility, where I have been using a Adobe PageMaker template to suit my CDR-Printer for years.

GOOD WORK CDRc0ckSOFT FELLAS!!! :D

Another happy camper here!!!
