you will need to download a program that will split the svcd, i am currently using avi, mpeg splitter u can either choose to split the film into 2 or more parts or you can choose the exact time that you want to split the film. not sure if this is much help to you but if i can do it im pretty sure that you can.!!!

oh yeah if you go to google and type in avi/mpeg splitter you should be able to find a program that you can download.

If its a cue/bin file, you need to extract the MPG file first. Then use MPEG2Cut or MPEG-VCR to cut it into as many bits as you wish. Then burn to CD using VCDEasy.

so how do you have a svcd on your computer??
do you mean tou have an MPEG2 file on your hard drive, or did you author a svcd and not burn it yet because it is to big?? either way all you need at this point is the MPEG2 file, because you you will have to reauthor it. make sure the res. is 480x480, then download TMPGEnc here "http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_download.html"
instal it, run it, goto file "mpeg tools" there you can split, join, demux and remux mpeg1/2 files
hope this helps
