Cutting a large svcd file

I have a large svcd file 1,4mb that I will cut in 2 pices. Is there a good file cutting software for that?

I have tried File Cutter 1.4, but it can not open the file.

I can remember a software called Easy Movie Cutter or something like that bus I can not find it.

Can anybody help?

Try MPEG2Cut from http://darkav.de.vu/. You can also try TMPGEnc or MPEG-VCR
