Current delays regarding Program and Keys

Hi all

sorry about the small delay with the program and reg files and I do hope nobody has waited for more than time it takes to have a decent sleep

I haven't had much sleep but I am now going through all the emails and will hopefully catch back up

as some people are sending registry keys with different emails, I'm asking that people can include the payment email address if it is different to the one they use for the reg key

give me another couple of hours and if you haven't received anything then please email me using the registration email address

I thankyou all for purchasing the tool and understanding the current situation

again, apologies for any delays

U said to nag after a couple of hours... 2 1/2 hours and no key... sent what was expected.. would like to try this today before my holiday!!

I'm sure I sent yours out as I even remember reading you were going away, but I've had difficulties throughout the day with emails :(

I'll send it again and reply here as soon as you get it

Thanks, got mine and should JUST be able to manage a test on RED HEAT before the Mrs nags me to death for not packing my bags!!! :-(

"Waited for 2.5h"? There are ppl waiting since alot longer then that :rolleyes:

Can't get wait to try out your software MackemX. Hope it works as good as the ppl who got is says :)

Feel sorry when reading all the bashing you got at doom9 btw. Can't understand why they chose you out of all ppl to flame. You gotta learn the fine art of ignoring ;)

Hi all, I guess I got sidetracked at Doom9 getting dragged through the dirt and I apologise and thanks to all who have showed support

I have tried replying to all emails but my suspicions are that due to difficulties today with the PIPEX email server some may have not arrived

please feel free to email me anytime if you are still waiting for either the program or the key but can I ask people include the payment name/email address also as this makes it very simple to process the request as I do not have to hunt through the emails

how about this?, from now on if you have to wait anymore than 24 hours for the program or key, you can have a free copy for the inconvenience but please understand that until this process is automated, I will have to sleep on occassions and socialise on others but I cant see anyone waiting for over 24 hours from now on ;)

very interested to try your program out. I sent you a paypal friday morning at 5am and its been almost 24 hours. I'm not looking for a handout but I'm wondering if I was supposed to contact you with more information or maybe I missed a step in the ordering process? Are we supposed to do anything besides let paypal notify you of payment or is that enough?

Maybe you just dont' work on the weekends :)

Hi!

I've got this kinda problem. See, I would like to register DVD Stripper, but Nochex only allows for UK visa cards, and Fastpay only allows UK too it seems.

My bank - and several others in Denmark - profoundly refuses any business with Paypal, due to many complaints about it.

So I'm kinda stuck here. Will there a decent paying method so those of us with a normal non-UK issued Visa card can buy this product?

Do you not know anyone else who can use Paypal?

I really don't have a clue at the minute but I'll look into it or maybe someone else will have a suggestion :)

I'm in Denmark and have no problem using Paypal, so please don't say that a lot of banks refuse to deal with Paypal
