Creating an image with Nero 5.5.7.2

I am trying to create an image of a VCD I have. I am having a terrible time trying to do this. I have always heard that Nero is not one of the most user friedly software out there. If anyone can break it down into step by step instructions for me I would greatly appreciate it. The help section in Nero is very vague about what steps to take
