Creating a scene selection function

I am in the process of converting some Mpeg 1 movies to VCD and when I am finished and copied them to CD, I want to be able to display a menu with a scene selection when I play the VCD in my DVD player. Is this possible to do and if so, how do I do it?

Yes it is possible I believe, you need the original VCD Tools put out by Phillips who have released them now free of charge. I cant remember the exact names of the tools but thats the only tool I believe that allows a chapter menu. Its also a very "non-friendly" program to use though.

You might also want to check out VCDEasy, it may be able to handle what your after also.

Video CD 2.0 toolkit is the name and it's horribly un-friendly.
