Create an association-video player

When using dvdstripper and getting to the box with all my menu information, I try selecting one to play and I'm getting :
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."
Well, I have done this already, so I don't know what the problem is.
-I'm using Windows ME edition
- Stripper 0.3.0
- IFOedit 0.95

Let me know if anyone needs anymore info to help evaluate the problem.

thank-you,
furbreath :(

How can it be a typo error? I don't understand. All I'm doing is selecting one and every file and clicking on play.

you need to hold the shift key down right click the mouse on the file to be associated and choose "open with" check the tick box to always open the file with the chosen program then choose the program/player from the list of programs then hit apply/ok :) from now on the selected program will take control of the particular file chosen :)

you need to go to the options in DVDStripper and tell it the path to your player as it calls on that player to play your VOB's

as Viper mentioned, you mustn't have a default VOB file player as the default settings is default :) so that would also fix it

I think everything is set properly. I have been right clicking with the mouse and tried both with the Preview player and the Alternative player, now I get both the dvd player to come up and windows media player to show up at the same time. My computer will then usually freeze. When I right click and select the default, then I get the same original error message.
My players are set to the following :
C:\Program Files\InterActual\InterActual Player\iPlayer.exe
C:\Program Files\InterVideo\WinDVD\WinDVD.exe

Any other ideas?

thanks,
