Copying a dvd with nero - it says not enough space problem *help plz*

hi guys

i am trying a copy a dvd onto dvd. Th source dvd is only about 3gb but when it starts copying its says theres not enough space on the blank media which is incorrect. Anybody know what the problem and how to rectify this plz

All I can Suggest is make an image & burn with Nero(I dont use Nero) OR

a) Use DVD Decrypter to Make ISO then burn it

b) Use Alcohol 120% to copy on the fly (what I use)

I presume the DVD U are copying has no copy protection (ie its been ripped)
